Our journey began in our mother’s kitchen, where we eagerly helped her prepare the ingredients, mix them, and shape the cakes. Waiting for them to set in the freezer was always the hardest part! We often fought for the last slice. Each family gathering was incomplete without our mom’s special dessert, which quickly became a symbol of joy and togetherness. Inspired by these cherished memories, we decided to bring this beloved Turkish tradition to the U.S., hoping to create new memories for families here.
We founded Mosaic Cakes in 2022. Our mission is to share a cherished family memory with the U.S. by introducing one of our most nostalgic and delicious recipes. While chocolate mosaic cake is a beloved treat in various parts of the world, it remains a hidden gem in the U.S. We have lovingly adapted our family’s chocolate mosaic cake recipe, creating unique flavors with our signature sauces and the finest ingredients. We have shaped it into a distinctive triangular prism, making it as visually stunning as it is delicious. Our unique signature flavors include Double Chocolate, Raspberry, Pistachio, White Chocolate, Carrot, Biscoff, and Oreo, with many more in the works. Rich yet light, they pair perfectly with any drink.
We believe Mosaic Cakes will become a beloved dessert in the U.S. They are a joy to make, a joy to eat, and a joy to share!
