Leaders like Corinthian Carouthers, owner of Creative Hair School of Cosmetology; Claudnyse Holloman, president and CEO of Voices for Children Advocacy Center; and Ashnee Dunning, executive director of The Power Initiative & Flint Freedom Schools Collaborative, have participated in the eight-month program, which is designed to help foster and grow leadership qualities.
