Later today, you will hear more about Consumers Energy’s request to increase natural gas rates for residential and business customers. We want customers to understand why we are making these investments, where the money will go and how they will benefit from them.

The Michigan Public Service Commission reviews and sets the rates customers pay through a public and transparent process. Our request would support investments in Michigan’s natural gas system designed to improve safety and reliability for the homes and businesses that depend on it.
