IBM Moving From Windows Based Devices to Apple Devices

Recently they have been rapidly deploying Apple machines throughout the company, and this has significantly reduced IBM help desk calls across the board. They have been rolling out Apple devices at 1,900 per week, and have one help desk person for every 5,400 devices.
