WHAT: Lansing Regional Chamber Economic Club
WHO: John Smoltz, a Waverly High School graduate and former baseball pitcher who played 22 seasons in Major League Baseball from 1988 to 2009, will be the featured speaker. Smoltz will discuss his time in Lansing, his career path, and the importance of getting out of your comfort zone and overcoming the fear of failure. Smoltz will also discuss a new and first-of-its-kind project in the heart of downtown Lansing, a Strikeout Baseball Stadium.
