While on the road to Traverse City for a Michigan Retail Association event, Jeffrey speaks with Bill Golden, Co-Owner of Golden Shoes. He is a third generation owner, along with his brother. His father and grandfather bought the business in 1954, and it still remains at the present location.
Bill speaks about the current state and the challenges he faces within the industry. They discuss Bill’s current business practices, and how they have been able retain clients over the years.
