Michael Rogers, vice president communications for the Small Business Association of Michigan, talks with Jason Verlinde, owner of RFT Search Group. After graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Physics, Jason initially pursued a career in his field. He quickly learned, however, that his true interests went deeper than simply performing a job. He was a strategic thinker and wanted to be involved in a more intricate role for the overall growth and development with his career. After careful thought and recognizing risks, Jason took a leap and started his own staffing company.
