Julie Fershtman is a panelist at a seminar titled “Combatting Incivility with Civility,” which is sponsored by the Oakland County Bar Association’s (OCBA) Lawyer Well-Being Committee.
This in-person seminar takes place on November 9, 2023 at 5:30 pm at the OCBA offices in Bloomfield Hills. Fershtman’s experience speaking on the issue includes being selected to moderate an ABA national panel discussion on combatting lawyer incivility for the ABA Center for Professional Responsibility.
