Jeffrey Mosher speaks with Foster Swift’s Stephen W. Smith about 2nd Wednesday Morning Break with Foster Swift. To help clients and friends of the firm stay abreast of the latest legal topics in finance, real estate, collections, and bankruptcy, Foster Swift continues to find unique ways to share information. These Zooms will take place at 9 am on the second Wednesday of each month.

Morning Break with Foster Swift
Do you have questions or concerns about how the pandemic has changed the real estate market? If you have not registered already, we encourage you to join us on Wednesday, August 12 for a ‘virtual coffee break’.
Monthly, every second Wednesday, Foster Swift is hosting a free virtual ‘Morning Break’. Each session covers a different topic. As these sessions will be Zoom meetings rather than traditional webinars, they offer the opportunity for attendees to ask general questions after the presentation.
Moderated by Practice Group Leader Patricia Scott, real estate attorney Steve Smith will discuss the topic “What Unit Owners and Buyers Need to Know”. Steve will share his knowledge and experience representing and counseling Michigan condominium associations to enlighten and inform unit owners and potential buyers of key aspects of condominium ownership and management.
While not a substitute for legal advice, ‘2nd Wednesday Morning Break’ will give individuals, business owners and managers an opportunity to gain insight in this changing legal environment. Meeting registration and details are listed below.
