Small Business owners, entrepreneurs, and those who are looking to start a business are invited to the third Immerse Entrepreneurial & Small Business Summit. Hosted by the Flint & Genesee Small Business Support Hub, a program of the Flint & Genesee Economic Alliance, and powered by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), Immerse is a day-long event meant to help equip the small business community with tools to grow and thrive. This year, the summit will be held at the University of Michigan-Flint’s Riverfront Banquet Center and will feature four tracks, each with three breakout sessions.
“In our third year, we wanted to create structured learning pathways that connect participants with the most relevant content for their goals,” says Karena Hamlet, program director of business services for the Economic Alliance, a division of the Flint & Genesee Group. “Participants will be able to pick between four tracks, including Finance; Accessing Capital, Funding, and Contracts; Operational Readiness; and Marketing.”
