You are invited to apply to the NeighborHUB Grant Program, powered by the Detroit Regional Chamber and Michigan Economic Development Corporation. The program recognizes the need to support small businesses as important foundations for neighborhoods, especially in traditionally underinvested corridors throughout Detroit, Highland Park, and Hamtramck.

Successful grant proposals will focus on specific improvements or activations for businesses that will enable them to facilitate positive impact to their surrounding community, including: 

• Additional delivery/mobile vehicles
• Building improvements

• Enhancing online operations 

• Hiring additional staff

• Interior updates
• New or additional signage
• New equipment

Businesses must have a valid EIN number, W9 form, and have been operating in Detroit, Hamtramck, or Highland Park for at least one year to apply for funding. The application period will be open until Monday, Nov. 3, 2025.
