LANSING, Mich. (Oct., 2025) – Downtown Lansing Inc. (DLI) is excited to announce the return of Trick or Treat on the Square, one of Downtown Lansing’s most beloved fall traditions.
On Friday, Oct. 24, from 5 to 7 p.m., families are invited to stroll the 100-300 blocks of South Washington Square for an evening filled with candy, costumes, games and community fun. Dress up in your Halloween best as this year’s event will feature trick-or-treating with local downtown businesses and organizations, Halloween-themed games and activities, plus a kids’ costume contest for participants 12 and under.
“Halloween is a special time in Downtown Lansing as businesses and organizations come together to bring family-friendly fun for Greater Lansing area residents to enjoy as they celebrate Spooky Season in Michigan’s Downtown.” states DLI Executive Director, Cathleen Edgerly.
