DETROIT (December 2025) — The 2026 Detroit Auto Show will spotlight a high-profile conversation at the intersection of automotive innovation, public policy, and the future of mobility with a signature fireside chat featuring U.S. Senator Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) and John Bozzella, President and CEO of the Alliance for Automotive Innovation, on Thursday, January 15, as part of the show’s Mobility Global Forum. The fireside chat will take place from 12:20 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the Detroit Auto Show’s main floor stage and will be introduced and moderated by Chrissy Taylor, senior vice president of editorial at Automotive News.
The conversation will explore the most pressing issues shaping the future of the auto industry. With experience spanning both the showroom floor and Capitol Hill, Senator Moreno brings a perspective rooted in firsthand knowledge of the retail automotive business alongside his current role in federal policymaking.
