DETROIT (January 12, 2026) — The Detroit Auto Show today announced Bedrock as the official sponsor of the Main Stage for the 2026 show, marking a powerful partnership between two of Detroit’s most influential institutions committed to shaping the city’s future.
The Bedrock Stage will serve as the central gathering place for the 2026 Detroit Auto Show, hosting the show’s most significant moments — including the Mobility Global Forum, Charity Preview programming, live performances, community celebrations, and purpose-driven conversations that reflect Detroit’s role as a global hub for mobility, culture, and innovation.
“Bedrock and the Detroit Auto Show both represent more than what we do — we represent what Detroit is,” said Sam Klemet, Executive Director of the Detroit Auto Show. “This stage is where the auto world, the city, and the community come together. Partnering with Bedrock makes perfect sense because they share our belief that Detroit is strongest when business, culture and civic pride move forward together.”
As the city’s largest real estate developer and a steward of downtown Detroit’s transformation, Bedrock has played a defining role in shaping Detroit’s physical and cultural landscape. The Detroit Auto Show, meanwhile, remains one of the city’s most visible global platforms — a place where industry leadership, creativity, philanthropy and community intersect.
“The Detroit Auto Show is a platform for automotive excellence, celebrating innovation, craftsmanship and the future of mobility,” said Jared Fleisher, Bedrock CEO. “Our involvement as the main stage sponsor reinforces Bedrock’s continued commitment to supporting community experiences and elevating Detroit on a global stage.”
Throughout the run of the show, the Bedrock Stage will host:
- High-profile Mobility Global Forum panels and fireside chats with industry, government, and civic leaders
- Charity Preview moments supporting Southeast Michigan children’s charities
- Cultural programming including live music, DJ sets, and special performances
- Community-focused events such as MLK Day of Service, Racing Day presented by the Detroit Grand Prix, and Future Leaders Program programming for students
The partnership underscores a shared commitment to investing in Detroit — not just economically, but culturally and socially — while reinforcing the city’s position as the heart of the global automotive and mobility ecosystem.
“This stage is where Detroit tells its story,” Klemet added. “And there’s no better partner than Bedrock to help us tell it.”
