Creative Ways in Education – Cyber Charter School

Business SpotlightChris speaks with Matthew D. Anderson, Partner of Engaged Education, in Lansing, Michigan. He gets the general business story behind Engaged Education and LifeTechAcademy, which deals with creative ways to handle human development and education. They cover announcement of a new partnership with LAFCU.

They deal with skilled trades, and LifeTech is gaining greater accreditation in cyber-education. Matthew also discusses how they’re taking the idea internationally, as Engaged Education has officially formed an exploratory committee to expand its reach beyond the United States, into Egypt. The Educational Service Provider intends to open a local version of its flagship charter school, LifeTech Academy, marking the two-year old company’s first foray into the international marketplace. The Egyptian-born Mentor with LifeTech Academy, Amina Khalil, is spearheading the committee.
