This summit will take place on April 16th in Grand Rapids, MI. Each application will be reviewed, and invitations to attend will be determined by participating teams based on the data collected in the application. Completing this application does not automatically confirm your participation on April 16th. All applicants will be informed whether or not they’ve been selected to attend by April 6th
