Recently, the Michigan Women’s Foundation had over 150 aspiring woman entrepreneurs submit business concept papers for review by a panel of experienced business and industry experts. The challenge was extraordinary …. Michigan has many talented and passionate women interested in entrepreneurship by launching or growing businesses.
When the reviews were complete, the top 10 finalists in Southeast Michigan and West Michigan were selected. They presented to groups in Detroit and Grand Rapids November 9th and 10th, after having been assigned coaches and mentors who will help them create viable business plans and prepare to them to pitch for cash prizes, professional services and expert advice.
