Schmidt brings marketing expertise to role of assisting brokers
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Colliers Lansing has hired a new client services coordinator in its growing Lansing office to assist brokers with marketing properties.
Andrew Schmidt started with Colliers Lansing this month and is looking forward to generating marketing materials for listings, providing administrative support, and helping brokers keep organized in the active Lansing commercial real estate market.
“I am so excited to join the Colliers Lansing team and am looking forward to learning from the talented brokers here, as well as to take a deep dive into Lansing commercial real estate,” Schmidt said. “Colliers has an excellent reputation and expertise in the industry, and I am excited to help our brokers assist their clients find the space that suits their needs.”
Schmidt earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Michigan State University in 2021 and previously worked as an account executive at a mortgage lending company, a similar role as the client services coordinator.
Schmidt is passionate about real estate as his family has been in the real estate industry for about 50 years. He is looking forward to learning from brokers with the goal of becoming a broker within the next few years. Schmidt earned his commercial real estate license last year.

In his free time, Schmidt enjoys staying active and Michigan’s outdoor recreation opportunities like skiing and snowboarding. He was born and raised in the Lansing area.
