LANSING, MI – Applications for the City of Lansing’s new Targeted Façade Improvement Matching Grant Program are due Friday, August 4, 2017 by 5 p.m. The Targeted Façade Improvement Matching Grant Program will provide up to $15,000 in one-to-one reimbursed matching funds for new permanent structural and aesthetic improvements in critical areas of the City.
In order to apply for matching grant funds, businesses and building owners must be located outside of the downtown area, defined by Saginaw St. to the north, I-496 to the south, Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to the west, and Pennsylvania Ave. to the east.
