EAST LANSING, MI – CBRE Martin is pleased to announce the sale of the former Days Inn at 7711 W. Saginaw Hwy, in Lansing, Mich. Shriji Hospitality, Inc. sold the 325,157 SF property to new owner, Saginaw Road Investment, LLC, who intends to redevelop the site into a new five-story Hilton Garden Inn, with a free-standing full-service restaurant and the potential for a small retail user.
