LANSING, Mich. — Capital Area Michigan Works! (CAMW!) is extending  congratulations to its subrecipient organizations of Peckham Inc. and Lansing School District for receiving several awards earlier this summer. Peckham and LSD implement the Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates (JMG) program, which connects at-risk youth to employment and training opportunities.

“We are incredibly proud of the work our program subrecipients do for the young people of Greater Lansing — these awards are simply an extension of that,” said Carrie Rosingana, chief executive officer of CAMW!. “The care, dedication and enthusiasm of our JMG specialists sets them apart from their peers and sets up local youth for a lifetime of educational and employment success.”

Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates is an affiliate of Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG), operated primarily by Youth Solutions. The awards were presented at the JAG National Training Seminar and the annual JMG Summer Summit. The awards and honorees are as follows:

  • JAG National 6-of-6 Award per Affiliate.
