Bay Future Staff Message

Dear Bay Future Community,

I hope this message finds you well and thriving.

As we move through this year, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the importance of nurturing positive relationships, both personally and professionally. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily tasks, but it’s the connections we cultivate that truly enrich our lives and work.

Building and maintaining strong relationships can be incredibly rewarding. When we surround ourselves with supportive friends, colleagues, and mentors, we create an environment where everyone can thrive. These positive interactions foster collaboration, innovation, and a sense of belonging. They also provide us with the encouragement and support needed to overcome challenges and celebrate successes.

Here are a few ways to continue strengthening these valuable connections:

1. **Communicate Openly**: Share your thoughts and listen actively. Open dialogue helps build trust and understanding.

2. **Show Appreciation**: A simple thank you or a kind word can go a long way in making others feel valued.

3. **Be Supportive**: Offer help and encouragement. Being there for others strengthens bonds and fosters a positive atmosphere.

4. **Celebrate Successes**: Acknowledge and celebrate milestones and achievements, both big and small.

As we continue our journey together, let’s focus on fostering positive relationships and creating a supportive environment. The benefits of these connections are immeasurable and can lead to a more fulfilling and successful personal and professional life.

Wishing you continued success and joy in all your relationships.

Warm regards,

Reaume 2022 (1)Jim Reaume

“I am excited to get started and make an impact on the community. Bay County is a great place to live and work and we want to make that possible for current and future residents by attracting businesses and retaining those with the potential to create new living wage jobs,” said Rios.

Jim Reaume, President & CEO, said Rios’ hire was the culmination of a competitive process that saw many qualified applicants. Reaume said Rios’ passion for the community, his education, work experience, and skill, made him a perfect fit for the role, the organization, and the community.

“We are very happy and excited to welcome Jose to the Bay Future, Inc. team. We had some fantastic applicants for this position, as it was a very competitive process. Passion, professionalism, proficiency, and a positive mindset were hallmarks of the type of person we were looking for to fill this position and we believe that Jose exemplifies those standards,” said Reaume.
