Debra Levantrosser talks with auctioneer Theresa Gravlin, Auctioneer and Director of Towne Auction, an Orlans Group Company, Troy MI. In this segment of the Leaning Edge Theresa talks about the operations behind an auction and what it takes to be an auctioneer. 

Theresa has been with Orlans Group for over 8 years, a national firm leading the industry in legal process and real estate services.  Theresa launched their division Towne Action Company in 2010 which has since sold over $1.5 billion at real estate auctions in the New England Area. 

Theresa is a 2006 graduate of Albion College, and a 2013 graduate of Reppert Auction School. She is a member of the National Auctioneer Association, Michigan Auctioneer Association, Massachusetts Auctioneer Association, and Michigan Lean Consortium.

Theresa enjoys volunteering in the Detroit Area with the Orlans Good Deeds Committee, writing for The Loop Newsletter, and is an active member of the Orlans Health Wellness Committee.
