LANSING, Mich. – University of Michigan Health-Sparrow Lansing and our Comprehensive Stroke Center have received the highest level of recognition for stroke care nationally and for treating Type 2 diabetes patients who have had strokes.

For the 7th consecutive year, the Stroke Center earned the American Heart Association /American Stroke Association’s Get with the Guidelines®-Stroke GOLD PLUS achievement award and Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite Plus for performance during 2024.
