to Expand Fiber Broadband Service to 3,297 Locations Across Clinton County 

St. Johns, Mich. – The State of Michigan, as part of the Realizing Opportunities with Broadband Infrastructure Networks (ROBIN) grant program, has selected the joint application of Frontier and Clinton County for a fiber expansion project within the County in the amount of $14,975,732.31. The Clinton County Board of Commissioners selected Frontier as the vendor for a public-private partnership in January of 2023 to pursue State ROBIN grant funding.
