LANSING, MI — The Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce (LRCC) has launched a dedicated webpage to assist businesses in understanding and adapting to significant changes in Michigan’s paid sick leave and minimum wage requirements.
The Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency (UIA) offices will be closed on Election Day, Nov. 5, but claimants will still be able to go online to certify work searches and access a wide variety of helpful resources.

Lansing, MI (November 19, 2024) — Results from a nationwide public opinion poll indicate chambers of commerce are vital to the prosperity of their communities. The Harris Poll survey, conducted on behalf of the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE), finds 81% of U.S. adults agree that their local chamber of commerce is a trusted resource and partner for businesses.
