LANSING, Mich. — Physicians Health Plan (PHP) announced today it’s earned a Medicare quality rating of 4.5 Stars (out of 5) from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The rating means members enrolled in PHP Medicare Advantage plans — PHP Advantage, Sparrow Advantage, Covenant Advantage, and University of Michigan Health Advantage — have access to high quality Medicare Advantage plans offered by a locally-owned, community-based health plan.

DE Catalyst Fund Will Create Affordable Homeownership Opportunities Across Delaware
The WSFS Cares Foundation, the charitable giving arm of WSFS Bank, announced Cinnaire will receive a $150,000 grant to support the DE Catalyst Fund, a partnership between Cinnaire and the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) advancing equitable, affordable homeownership opportunities.
Cinnaire Solutions has partnered with Stand By Me Delaware to help Wilmington, DE, residents achieve the dream of homeownership. The program offers free, private, one-on-one financial coaching from trained professionals who help potential homeowners achieve their goals.
Cinnaire’s Peter Giles and Sherita Smith recently joined Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan, City Council President Mary Sheffield, the Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH), and Develop Detroit to celebrate the grand opening for The Freelon at Sugar Hill, a new mixed-use and mixed-income development located in Midtown Detroit’s Sugar Hill Arts District. Cinnaire provided $5 million in New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation in partnership with PNC Bank, Building America CDE, and Michigan Community Capital.
LANSING, Mich.— The Economic Development Administration (EDA) has announced that the Capital Region Airport Authority (CRAA) has been awarded a $3.6 million grant for the Capital Region International Airport (LAN) site readiness development project for water, sewer and utility infrastructure upgrades to spur economic growth at LAN. The grant is funded by the American Rescue Plan and EDA’s $300 million Coal Communities Commitment.
