Convergence Networks announced today that Michael Maddox has been appointed new President of the company. An experienced business leader, Maddox will work with current CEO Mathew Lafrance to continue to grow the organization. Mike Maddox worked as CEO and President of Application Specialist Kompany, ASK, for 18 years, before merging with Convergence Networks out of Ottawa ON, and Portland, OR in 2021.
