Coalitions Bring Together Economic Development Organizations and Early Childhood Leaders to Strengthen Local Investment and Strategy Around Child Care Access
LANSING, Mich. – As part of Michigan’s ongoing efforts to build and sustain local opportunities to respond to child care needs, the Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP) today released a report from Regional Child Care Coalitions, groups of community leaders, child care providers, and economic development organizations that are collaborating to tackle child care challenges at the local level.
