Lansing, Mich.—Today, the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) is announcing the launch of the Michigan Achievement Skills Scholarship, a new career training scholarship designed to help individuals gain skills needed to prepare for in-demand jobs.
LANSING, Mich. -- Not seasonally adjusted unemployment rates decreased in all 17 Michigan labor market areas over the month, according to data released today by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget.
“Michigan regional labor markets displayed typical seasonal jobless rate declines,” said Wayne Rourke, labor market information director for the Michigan Center for Data and Analytics.
