LANSING, Mich.  Today, Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced that the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will begin two road and bridge projects this week including rebuilding a bridge on I-75 in Monroe County and rebuilding I-196 in Ottawa County. Based on economic modeling, these investments are expected to support 1,766 jobs.
