What would you do to overcome your fear of public speaking? Joe Apfelbaum changed the language he used from ‘I can’t’ to ‘I must’ to be able to train over 10,000 companies on behalf of Google. Facing his lifelong fear led him to immense success in which he built a business that had a growth rate of 12,000% and a spot on INC. 500 within 4 years.
Joe attributes much of his success to overcoming this fear, of embracing it and facing it head on. He also realized that to be successful he did not need to be the center of attention nor the smartest person in the room. In fact, he hired people smarter than he was in areas he was lacking – and they helped make him money and grow his business.
Joe’s business path has been rich in lessons that carry over into his entire life; lessons that our listeners will be able to relate to and implement easily. Don’t miss this week’s The Trep Talk!
