Sue Bila talks with Brad Back, Vice President and Principal of SeyferthPR a company which among others handles many of the McDonald's restaurants of Michigan. Brad is an upcoming Michigan Festival & Events Association Convention Speaker who will talk about the excitement of using social media at events.

He also invited convention guests to attend his workshop on “creative” ideas using social media and technology.  He will be hosting this up in Traverse City this November along with Bill Herbst who has over 20 years in broadcast and social media experience.

In the second segment Brad talks about how to make social media stand out in a crowd. Think outside the box, like a FaceBook live video from a float in a town's parade, looking out at the community who is enjoying the parade.
