Associations, Regional BusinessThe Arboriculture Society of Michigan (ASM) shares their reinvention in relevance over the past 20 months. Learn about who they are and what instigated their reinvention from Annie Kruise, CMP, Executive Director.

Cheryl also speaks with Judd Hart, Chief Elected Officer of ASM, and President and CEO of JH Hart Urban Forestry. Hart shares how the Preferred Future reengaged the Board, and how the Board worked on outlining the priorities to create movement on the plan. In the final segment, Cheryl speaks with Kruise again, and learns how an executive creates maximum momentum from a small staff perspective and what lies ahead for ASM.

Donna Oser, CAE hosts Association Impact, which looks into what some of Michigan’s top professional and industry groups are doing to make a positive impact for their members and for the state of Michigan. As part of MSAE, Association Impact works with all associations in Michigan.
