Sparrow Clinton Hospital awards first BEE honor to recognize outstanding caregiver
ST. JOHNS, MI – Sparrow Clinton Hospital is pleased to announce its first BEE Honoree, Rhonda Fenby-Morse, a Respiratory Therapist with remarkable selflessness and willingness to help others.
Fenby-Morse was nominated by multiple caregivers for her collaborative behaviors and support for the team. Her outstanding care exemplifies what the BEE award recognizes. The award recognizes excellence among non-clinical support caregivers who contribute to Sparrow Clinton’s quality, compassionate care. The acronym BEE stands for Being Exceptional Every day.
“Rhonda is compassionate, reliable, and a great team player,” said Melisa Kniff., LRT, RRT, Respiratory, Pulmonary Diagnostics, and Sleep Lab Supervisor at Sparrow Clinton Hospital. “Rhonda has dedicated her life to being a Respiratory Therapist. She is much deserving of the BEE award.”
Other nominees included Alexis Elwood, Environmental Services Tech; Melissa Grice, Environmental Services Tech; Amelia Hurst, Phlebotomist; and Kerry McComb, Radiology Tech.
