Our team can administer COBRA for all of your company's insurance carriers.

• iSolved has the ability to accept direct file feeds from many Benefit Administration systems, including Employee Navigator, EASE, Bernie Portal, and many others.

• A designated SBAM COBRA customer service representative.

• Access to an Employer portal with an extensive list of reports.

• COBRA-eligible employees can COBRA enroll and pay online.

• COBRA premium reimbursements to member groups will be made via ACH.

• You do not have to manually enter enrollments/terminations to generate COBRA Notices yourself. We will do that for you.

• We will service groups that are not connected to a Benefits Administration system. Simply submit enrollments, changes, and terminations to us via email at Harmonybill@sbam.org.
