This week on SBW is the cast and crew of 48hourfilm contest: Actors: Danny “Wulf” Hogan, Rachel Mentor, Angela DeGarmo, and DP Scott Baisden join Taylor Kelsaw and co-host, Rebel Picture's own Michael McCallum in the studio.

Segment 1  - The cast and crew of the film “Forward” by SBW co-host productions Rebel Pictures joins us and we share winning the - BEST USE OF PROP at http://48hourfilm.com/detroit project.

The film is about…. well, you’ll have go check it out when it comes to you. But the title speaks volumes, and its opening scene features Michael McCallum in a rather bloody scene.  Local Michigan actor Danny “Wulf” Hogan stars in the film that is a smart sci-fi production done in just 48 hours with the genre “picked literally out of a hat”. What makes this a production is the results must be ready to be seen and there’s little time to rehearse, so there’s a lot of doing it right now.

Segment 2 - Rachel Mentor is a producer of insurance by day and a actor by night for this film, she was thrilled to be asked to be included in a role that gave her a chance to act outside of theatre. Theatre is a Mentor’s fist love and she had play coming up the weekend of this interview. The play “Tropical Pickle” was written by Chelsea, Michigan’s very own award winning television and film actor Jeff Daniels.

You can find Rachel on Facebook and other social media sites.

Segment 3- Angela DeGarmo - DeGarmo has been an actor since she fell in love with the horror films at least from the inside out. Now she gets to bring the creativity to life acting it out in films. She took a risk a couple of years back and now has landed her first lead role in film. Her appearance on SBW is her third. An actor who has now taken on her the adventures into a new life, and when she’s not acting, you find DeGarmo at Midtown Brewery in downtown Lansing.

Segment 4- Director of Photography, Scott Baisden joins us from Grand Rapids and he is given condolences for the sudden loss of his father a few days before our interview. Baisden uplifting spirit and devotion to being a professional was a no brainer for McCallum to welcome him on the “Forward” project. Baisden’s credits in the filmmaking world are vast and he continues to do outstanding work, and this film is certainly no exception. The love of working with McCallum is again shared with words from all of the cast members.

Segment 5- Danny “Wulf” Hogan shares the story of his “name” and how “Flow” became Wulf. Hogan’s acting is intense in this amazing short and he delivers it with an open-minded sense of direction given to him from McCallum. A handsome man, Hogan reminds you of a younger Taye Diggs, and he is told this, his reply was “that’s happened to me before”.  Hogan can be found on all social media pages or at the gym when he’s not acting.

Segment 6 - The cast and Baisden, collect “thank yous” from each other for working as a team and bringing this film to life within the magical timeframe, of 48 hours, an amazing story of and a success winning an award for it’s prop use. The movie poster for the film is also an outstanding work of art production that also comes from the hand of Baisden and it’s worthy of Hollywood recognition. 48 Hour Film Project: Detroit!
