PNC Survey Shows Businesses Cautious about their Prospects Michael Rogers, vice president communications for the Small Business Association of Michigan, talks with PNC Economist, Kurt Rankin, about PNC’s Spring 2016 Survey of small and mid-sized Michigan business owners. The survey finds that business owners are cautious about the next six months, but profit expectations are the highest in the four years of the Michigan survey. In addition, 18 percent plan to hire more employees.
