Thursday morning, October 5th, a gathering of well over 100 spent time together from 8-10 a.m. to hear from experts on that regional economic and fiscal outlook. WHAT: The Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce and Michigan State University
Extension were pleased to announce the first annual Lansing Regional Economic
and Fiscal Outlook program. The outlook provided a view of next year’s
economic outlook for the Greater Lansing region on income and employment,
revenue outlook for local governments, and a commercial real estate update.
WHO: Program content will be provided by:
Dr. Steve Miller, MSU Extension for Economic Analysis, will present the economic
outlook.
Dr. Eric Scorsone, MSU Extension Center for Local Government Finance and
Policy, will present the regional fiscal outlook.
Samantha Le, Associate, Retail Advisor, Martin Commercial Properties, will
provide an update on the commercial real estate outlook.
