The festival Homer Simpson always wanted is coming back to Homer Stryker Field. Donut and Beer Festival takes place right on the field at the ballpark in downtown Kalamazoo. Attendees can expect one of a kind donuts from more than 25 donut vendors, craft beers and ciders from over 50 local and out of state breweries, live music, and yard games. Berkley Days takes place the week following Mother’s Day every year. This year, the Midway runs from May 18, 2019 through May 19, 2019
All of the events take place at 2400 Robina, Berkley MI 48072 at the Community Center, Ice Arena and surrounding parking lots.
Parking is limited. There is some parking available in the Community Center Parking lot, as well as on local streets. Please be considerate of residents in the area and do not block driveways or fire hydrants.
We encourage residents to walk to bike to Berkley Days. Thanks to Cub Scout Pack 1082 there will be a secure bicycle, stroller, skateboard and scooter parking area available outside the ice rink.
Blessing of the Bikes Festival - Baldwin
The Blessing of The Bikes spans the entire third weekend in May. Bikers come from all across the country to take part, beginning with the ceremonial entrance on Friday afternoon down M-37 corridor, and culminating with the Blessing at the Airport on Sunday. Highlights include a multitude of vendors, charming downtown landmarks, the rich cultural history of Lake County and the brotherhood of bikers drawn from all corners of the country. All are invited to attend and participate in the festivities.

National Morel Mushroom Festival - Boyne City

MSU Spring Arts & Crafts Show - East Lansing
The Annual Michigan State University Spring Arts & Crafts Show will be held at the MSU Union on the corner of Grand River Ave. and Abbott Rd. in East Lansing, MI. This show is one of the largest spring arts and crafts shows in the State with attendance of 25,000. Wheatland Traditional Arts Weekend - Remus
Come for the weekend, the day, an individual workshop or for the evening. Traditional Arts Weekend is an annual event held over the Memorial Day weekend on the Wheatland Festival grounds near Remus, Michigan. The Community Education committee provides over 80 workshops in traditional forms of dance, music, crafts, vocal, and instrument instruction that participants might not otherwise be exposed to. Alma Highland Festival & Games - Alma
The Alma Highland Festival & Games is one of the largest Scottish Festivals in the Midwest. The Festival is noted for its Piping and Drumming competitions and has had over 30 Pipe Bands performing and competing. The Festival averages 200 Highland dances in competition during the weekend events. There are over 40 clans participating in the gathering of the clans. The heavyweight athletic competition has professional athletes on Saturday and amateurs on Sunday.
