We began in 2014 as a Destination Management Company based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and have grown into a full-service third-party meeting planning firm with a strong focus on incentive travel, conferences, meetings, and experiential events. We are an experienced team of strategists, event producers, designers, planners, writers, event registration, and website design experts. Our clients range from state and national associations to small business owners and entrepreneurs to established Fortune 500 companies. We work with our clients arranging small meetings to large, multiday events – including in-person, virtual, and hybrid.

Destination Consultants is a logistics-based Destination Management  Company that focuses on delivering services for event management, transportation, incentive trips, tours/team building, and full conference management in Grand Rapids and around the world. 

We are built on a foundation of differing strengths – each team member carefully recruited to fulfill a different skill set, mindset, and facet of the company.  Our work spans every type of industry, budget level, and client specification.  We will leave a positive lasting impression on every client and guest we are so consciously responsible for.
