With more than 40-years in the commercial real estate business, you have weathered many economic storms and shifts.  In your experience, is there a challenge that you believe is underrated and deserving of more attention? 

Looking ahead into 2024, are there any trends that you are keeping a particular eye on that may have a significant impact on the commercial real estate market in the next few years?
