Jeffrey Mosher welcomes back Ryan Hundt, CEO, Michigan Works! Association, Lansing, MI, but serving statewide.

Hear Ryan and Jeffrey's conversation about highlights from 2023, and what he expects for the upcoming year in connection to the Michigan Works! Association in this embedded SoundCloud PodCast shared below:

Jeffrey looked to find out several things from Ryan in this conversation:

Welcome back Ryan first please share a quick reminder for the Michigan business community about the Michigan Works! Association?

What have been some of the key highlights for 2023?

Several of your members held Career Quest events getting 9th graders focused on potential career opportunities,
is it helping to get younger folks thinking about these issues and their opportunities?

The State used 2023 to focus on growing Michigan, will Michigan Works! be called upon to assist any of these goals?

In general was the legislative climate and bills tackled this year something that helps the talent issues?

What is the Michigan Works! Association looking forward to in 2024? Will this build off from pillars discussed at your Annual Conference back in September?
