CORE Staffing is a healthcare staffing company located in the Midwest that has a reputation for excellence.  The CORE you see today is a combination of two complimentary businesses, both founded by clinicians.

Vital Nurse Staffing was started by Chuck Stadler, Jr., a nurse in Frankenmuth Michigan. C.O.R.E. Respiratory Services was a respiratory therapist staffing agency located in Minnesota owned by three Respiratory Therapists – Randy Kuzel, Patricia Johnson, and Curt Merriman.

In 2017, Chuck purchased C.O.R.E. Respiratory services with the idea that a healthcare staffing company with a strong reputation in the respiratory community is a win-win situation. Both businesses had the same reputation for excellence, and they were now able to offer additional services to their customers.

We now specialize in nurse staffing (OR, ER, ICU, CCU, LTAC, PACU, Cath lab, L&D), respiratory therapist staffing, and have provided staffing in other specialties and clinical areas as needed with our clients.  CORE provides high quality professional services in Respiratory Care to Departments in need of short and long term supplemental staffing. CORE provides these services to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living centers, home healthcare, and clinics throughout the Midwest. With our commitment to quality, trust, and commitment leading our growth initiatives, CORE Staffing provides services across the United States, and especially in the Midwest.

CORE also provides custom eLearning services and onsite education in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. In 2015, CORE created a division dedicated solely to RT education and eLearning with clients including Medtronic, Corner Home Medical, and more.

Perhaps the greatest example of innovation was the creation of respiratory telehealth app rtNOW, a point-of-care resource for hospitals and skilled nursing facilities that puts nurses in touch with a respiratory therapist at the touch of a button. CORE offers a staff of dedicated professionals with extensive experience in all facets of respiratory and nursing in order to provide excellent and compassionate care necessary in today’s competitive marketplace, with attractive and negotiable contracts.
