Michigan Festivals and Events have been hard at work for our members. We appreciate each and every one of you and all that you do for your communities. We will be releasing quarterly (4) magazines throughout the year. Your event will be listed in each edition.
MichiganFun will be produced digitally, rack cards with a QR code will be spread throughout the state, northern Ohio and northern Illinois. By using a camera on a smart phone, this will take you directly to the link of the magazine, allowing you to flip page by page. Deadline for the first edition is April 1...If you are interested in doing some additional advertising in the editions, please contact Eric@michiganfun.com. We are looking forward to working hard in promoting our members.
THE ROUTE TO REOPENING CARNIVALS
The health and welfare of carnival employees and guests on the midway is our top priority in re-opening our industry. The procedures and mitigation strategies presented below have been recognized by our industry for protecting carnival employees and guests from potential exposure to COVID-19. By minimizing contacts, promoting social distancing, and increasing cleaning protocols and sanitization, we can welcome guests back to the midway experience.
MFEA is resuming monthly zoom educational training. As promised we will be bringing you some of the hottest topics and discussions for the festival/fair and event community.
Please watch for emails announcing Februarys guest speaker and topic. Meetings will be conducted via Zoom, and require pre registration.
Membership updates have been emailed out. Please be sure to make necessary changes to your membership and sent back to Molly@michiganfun.com. This form can be filled out and returned online.
