Jordyn jhermani@mlive.com having previously covered Michigan House for the news agency until mid-2023. As part of her beat, she covers political culture issues including those related to the LGBTQ community, gun control, gender, local government and education.
A Michigander since birth, she graduated from Central Michigan University in 2018 with a double major in journalism and political science, the latter of which she completed while studying at Moscow State University.
