Celebrating Stories of Business Success

As we enjoy all the holiday season brings with it, MEDC would like to take a moment to celebrate the unique stories of small businesses across Michigan and the work they do to help their communities thrive. These businesses are such an important part of our vibrant Michigan economy, creating beautiful downtowns, attracting and retaining talent, and driving real economic impact.

Read a few of the inspiring stories from businesses like Starling Lounge coffee bar and taproom in Blissfield; Old Town General Store, a retail boutique that sells Michigan-made products in Lansing; and Mind the Gap Productions offering inspiring theatrical performances at The 109 Cultural Exchange in Saline.
