2020 has been full of _____________.This year has certainly been one for the books, hasn't it? Whatever word you deem appropriate to describe your 2020 experience. No business was prepared for the total shift COVID-19 created.
Those whose products of services were deemed 'non-essential' by state and national governments were forced to pivot; to look for new ways in which to create revenue for their business and families. Those whose products or services were deemed 'essential' saw customers/clients in droves, challenged by simultaneously keeping up with sanitation guidelines and providing stocked shelves.
No business was left out of the wave of disruption.
Many of you know the work of Michigan Celebrates— we are the most prestigious small business awards program in the state of Michigan. Our mission of is to honor and recognize Michigan’s small businesses.
Our small businesses need us.
Now is the time for Michigan to come together to support the awardees, nominees, and everyone in-between.
