VP of Futurecasting at AARP, Cris Gardner, give a talk to a local business crowd about the quickly changing landscape of today's workplace at the Michigan Business Network's speaker series.

During her presentation Cris mentions that, "The four to five generation workplace is upon us. While many companies are bracing for a wave of boomer retirements, most older workers say they want to continue working. Just with more flexible schedules and fewer hours."
