Bonnie shares what it has been like to be the host of a Michigan Business Network (MBN) program, Marketing Moments. Marketing is going in many different directions. The fundamental difference is that the definition of marketing has changed, it is now part of the "whole customer touch point experience." It is more than just influencing your customer, it is identifying and servicing them.

Chris and Jeffrey share MBN marketing news, with its page views up over 100%, and website visits are enjoying growth of over 60%.
